Her experience has allowed her to participate in numerous structuring operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate, and new investment projects. She participates in the management of estate planning projects, supporting family groups in identifying the best options to organize their equity and promote the growth of ongoing businesses.
Alejandra is responsible for addressing complex legal matters, accompanying individuals and companies throughout their operation, whether in the establishment of foreign investment projects, local projects, and expansion of existing businesses. Likewise, she has extensive experience in corporate risk management, focusing on the preparation and updating of internal company policies, to mitigate corporate and tax risks.
